Camping & Touring Rules & Regulations

  • We do not accept pets or dogs apart from registered guide dogs
  • We do not accept twin-axel caravans or caravans that exceed 7 meters in length
  • 1 car is permitted per pitch, a second vehicle must be paid for when booking, there is a maximum of 2 cars per pitch. Any additional cars must be paid for when booking and parked in the visitors parking area
  • Arrivals are permitted from 1pm-9pm and all pitches must be vacated by 11am. We reserve the right to remove tents, tourers etc without notice after this time
  • CCTV is in operation Sutton Vale Country Park
  • No vehicle must exceed 5 mph whilst driving through through the Park or on the camping field
  • Pitches may only be occupied by one unit and the unit must be at least 1 meter away from units either side of them
  • We do not accept any tent or tourer that exceeds 7 meters in length
  • Gazebos and Awnings are accepted but must be secured to your unit of accommodation and are not to exceed your allocated pitch space of 7 meters by 14 meters
  • Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the camping field
  • Please do not tamper with the electrics or attempts repairs
  • We ask that all guests are respectful of others and are quiet between the hours of 11pm & 7am
  • Antisocial behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated
  • No open campfires. Chiminea’s and closed camp fires raised off the ground are accepted but must neverbe left unattended or enclosed within a tent or awning
  • All BBQs must raised from the ground and monitored at all times and operated in open space i.e not within an awning or tent
  • Please use the washing-up and toilet facilities provided
  • The toilet block and wash facilities must be left clean and tidy after use
  • Do not leave rubbish bags in the toilet blocks or around the campsite
  • Please ensure that you have all your camping equipment before you depart the site, including tent pegs, which cause damage to our mowers and injuries if left in the ground
  • We operate a blacklist system, whereby any serious offenders of these site rules will have their details stored for future reference and will no longer be accepted onto the Park
  • Anyone causing a nuisance, damage, using foul language or offensive behaviour will be required to leave the park
  • If any member of your group observes something out of place, please ensure that the information is passed on to a member of Site Staff as soon as possible
